Harvard Square is a small area of Cambridge, Massachusetts where Harvard University is.
I worked in Harvard Square for the better part of 10 years, and I found it to be one of the most fascinating places I’ve ever spent time in. Just a few of the ways that people utilized the streets include:
-Students walked to class at Harvard University
-Professionals walked to work at various places
-Musicians, magicians, mimes, etc performed on the street
-People sold Spare Change Newspaper
-Homeless people wandered the streets, and often slept on them
-People promoted their religions or other various causes
-Photographers and tourists took it all in!
-And much more
I had the opportunity to speak with some of the people in these photos, and some of them do have websites, listed below. Check the captions to see which websites go with which people.

Spare Change Newspaper Guy Kevin - He's in Good Will Hunting!

I never got a chance to speak to this guy

This guy was always really quiet and uncomfortable looking

Not sure this guy's story, but he sure likes to stand around and read

This guy wandered the streets non-stop. I hope he's doing okay.

I hear this guy's name is Bill. He's been around for a long time.

This guy was everywhere around Boston!

I found this guy named Tony - I called him to give him a copy of this and never heard back

This guy was very non-judgmental of people who didn't know the answers

Blue! Classic Harvard Square character, and very nice guy.

Typical site, right amongst a crowd of people
