A lot of my relatives gather for a week on Cape Cod, in the Dennis / East Dennis / Brewster area each August, and for one reason or another I never prioritized going. This year, with all the other traveling I’ve been doing, I figured why not throw Cape Cod into the mix? My sister and her family and my brother and I rented a house, and I had a great mix of seeing family, exploring on my own, and sometimes, for once, just hanging out at the beach. All of the other times I have been to Cape Cod previously, I have not explored too much, but this time I found it to be a fascinating place with a very diverse landscape. I love that as much as I’ve been seeing places I’ve never been to, I also can go to an area I’ve been to and find new things.
